Our content production process

General information

At Nubart, we have spent many years developing a proprietary CMS of exceptional versatility, enabling our team to quickly implement virtually anything you need for your audio guide.

But we also believe that great results depend not only on technology, but also on clear communication and professional project management

That's why, from day one, you'll have a production manager who will know your project, accompany you through all phases and remain available to you in the future if you wish to make changes or expansions. She’ll be your dedicated point of contact: someone who knows your guide, your audience and your needs.

Good to know:

  • No problem if you already have your content produced, or if you prefer to work with another agency: you can use it in your Nubart audio guide as long as it meets our minimum quality standards.
  • We only produce content when it's part of a Nubart GUIDE audio guide.
  • Any content we produce for you will always remain your property. We don't charge licenses or retain rights to the material.

Phase 0: First steps

Your production manager will create your admin access in the customer area. From there, you can:

  • Securely upload all digital materials for your audio guide.
  • View usage statistics for your guide.
  • See the progress of your project in real time.

Each time you upload a file, your production manager receives an automatic notification and moves the project to the next stage.

Phase 1: Card design

If you have ordered printed cards with non-transferable codes, your production manager will ask you for the elements necessary to design and print them.

  • Our designer will prepare several card design options for your approval.
  • We order the printing of your cards once the design is approved.

Does your own graphic team want to do the design? Perfect. We'll send you the technical parameters to ensure compatibility with our system.

Phase 2: Content production

If you also entrust us with content production, your production manager will contact you according to the contracted service level (Copper, Bronze, Silver or Gold).

During this phase, your production manager will handle the following:

Script

  • COPPER: We'll work with the script you provide.
  • BRONZE: We review your script and propose improvements.
  • SILVER and GOLD: We assign one of our professional writers to work on your script.
  • GOLD: Additionally, we assign a professional to work on the storyboard of your script.

Translations

  • COPPER: Created with an AI translator and reviewed by a human translator.
  • BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD: We commission translations from our native professionals.
  • We discuss cultural adaptations with our translators.
  • We perform quality control on translations.
  • SILVER and GOLD: We send you the translations for your review.

Casting and voice recordings

  • COPPER: You can choose one voice per language from our AI talent library.
  • BRONZE: You can choose three voices per language in priority order from our human voice bank.
  • SILVER: You can choose your preferred voice from Nubart's voice bank per language and we'll contract the chosen voice.
  • GOLD: We do a voice casting specifically for your project.
  • We record foreign names to help the narrator pronounce them correctly.
  • We commission the recording and perform thorough quality control (background noise, mispronunciations, etc.).

Quality control and approval

  • SILVER and GOLD: We send you 2-3 tracks of your script as a sample for your approval.
  • SILVER and GOLD: Free re-recording of tracks you don't consider fully satisfactory.
  • GOLD: Our audio editor mixes the voices, incorporates sound effects and musical backgrounds.
  • We upload the content to our platform and send you a private link to review it and suggest changes.

About our service levels

At Nubart we always produce professional quality content.

We offer four service levels for content production, depending on your urgency, desired level of control and available budget: COPPER, BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.

You can combine different service levels if needed. For example, we can offer you SILVER level translations, but BRONZE level voice recordings.
