Our content production process
General information
At Nubart, we have spent many years developing a proprietary CMS of exceptional versatility, enabling our team to quickly implement virtually anything you need for your audio guide.
But we also believe that great results depend not only on technology, but also on clear communication and professional project management
That's why, from day one, you'll have a production manager who will know your project, accompany you through all phases and remain available to you in the future if you wish to make changes or expansions. She’ll be your dedicated point of contact: someone who knows your guide, your audience and your needs.
Good to know:
- No problem if you already have your content produced, or if you prefer to work with another agency: you can use it in your Nubart audio guide as long as it meets our minimum quality standards.
- We only produce content when it's part of a Nubart product, like Nubart GUIDE or Nubart MOTION.
- Any content we produce for you will always remain your property. We don't charge licenses or retain rights to the material.
Phase 0: First steps
Your production manager will create your admin access in the customer area. From there, you can:
- Securely upload all digital materials for your audio guide.
- View usage statistics for your guide.
- See the progress of your project in real time.
Each time you upload a file, your production manager receives an automatic notification and moves the project to the next stage.
See here the information and materials we need to produce your audio guidePhase 1: Card design
If you have ordered printed cards with non-transferable codes, your production manager will ask you for the elements necessary to design and print them.
- Our designer will prepare several card design options for your approval.
- We order the printing of your cards once the design is approved.
Does your own graphic team want to do the design? Perfect. We'll send you the technical parameters to ensure compatibility with our system.
Phase 2: Content production
If you also entrust us with content production, your production manager will coordinate all steps according to the service levels you have chosen for each component (see service levels below).
During this phase, your production manager will handle the following:
- Coordinate script preparation or writing, depending on the contracted level.
- Commission and quality-check translations, including cultural adaptations and verification of proper names and specialised terminology.
- Manage voice casting and recordings — for human voices, we record foreign names to help narrators pronounce them correctly and perform thorough quality control (background noise, mispronunciations, etc.).
- Coordinate sound design or musical background integration, if contracted.
- Upload content to our platform and send you a private link to review and suggest changes.
About our service levels
At Nubart we always produce professional quality content.
We offer several service levels for each production component, depending on your needs, desired level of control and available budget.
You can combine different service levels across components. For example, you might choose Standard Translation for your texts, but Single Voice recording for the narration.
Pricing is calculated per track. 1 track = 1 point of interest = up to 350 words.
Production timelines depend on the combination of service levels chosen and the number of languages and tracks involved. Typical projects range from 2 to 12 weeks. Your production manager will provide a detailed schedule at project start.
